It’s important when you have bad eating habits & middle aged or any age that you also stay stress free so you wont have to develop fatty liver symptoms.
Now Alcoholic fatty liver disease is promoted by too much alcohol consumption or even a little bit determines if it’s in your family tree. Too much iron consumption, obesity & poor eating habits also contribute to ALD alcoholic fatty liver symptoms. Fatty liver symptoms is sneaky. Everything can be going good for a long time and just be there overnight. Especially if you go to clubs, drink a little or a lot? Fatty liver symptoms can creep up on you just like it did to me when I was in my late 20s.
